Rise Lofts

Rise is a striking high-rise condo building located at 2000 Bagby Street in Midtown Houston just south of Downtown. Residents at Rise can walk to some of Houston's favorite bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and parks. Even though it's more of a loft building than a luxury condo tower you'll find nice amenities here like a rooftop deck with a fireplace, pool and hot tub. There's also garage parking and a secure lobby.

The lofts at Rise are two-story industrial style condos, usually with a bedroom on the first floor and the primary bedroom upstairs. Some of them are open loft-style bedrooms and some have a closing door for privacy. Many of the Rise Lofts were remodeled over the years with quartz counters and stainless appliances, but you might find some that still have the original formica counters once in a while.

The one bedrooms typically sell around the high $200k's to low $300k's, with the two bedrooms going for around $400k. This is a popular building with investors so there's usually a good number of rental lofts available starting just over $2000/month.
